Bust My Debt is a DBA of Pulse Digital LLC. All references to "BustMyDebt," "Bust My Debt," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms & Conditions refer to Pulse Digital LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates this service.

By accessing or using the BustMyDebt website at bustmydebt.co or the debt payoff planning tool at login.bustmydebt.co (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

BustMyDebt provides a free, web-based debt payoff planning calculator that helps users understand the mathematical sequence for paying off multiple credit cards. The Services include:

• An interactive quiz (powered by LeadsHook) that collects basic financial information to generate a personalized payoff plan.
• A debt payoff planning tool at login.bustmydebt.co that allows users to model different payoff strategies (Debt Avalanche, Debt Snowball, etc.).
• Educational content about credit card debt management strategies.
• An optional, no-obligation consultation with a certified debt specialist.

The BustMyDebt debt payoff calculator is currently provided free of charge during our early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or a subscription model in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and existing free features will remain accessible until the transition date.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on BustMyDebt constitutes financial advice, legal advice, credit counseling, or a recommendation to take any specific financial action.

The payoff plans generated by our calculator are based solely on the mathematical inputs you provide (balances, interest rates, minimum payments). Actual results will vary based on factors including but not limited to: changes in interest rates, missed payments, new charges on existing cards, changes in income, and other personal financial circumstances.

We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or attorney before making significant financial decisions. BustMyDebt is not a licensed financial institution, credit counseling agency, debt settlement company, or law firm.

BustMyDebt does not offer debt settlement, debt consolidation loans, credit repair services, or any form of credit product. We do not negotiate with creditors on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

Any reference to an "optional free consultation with a certified debt specialist" refers to an independent third-party service. BustMyDebt does not control and is not responsible for the advice or services provided by any third-party debt specialist.

The accuracy of your personalized payoff plan depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you enter. BustMyDebt makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any plan generated based on incorrect or incomplete inputs.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the mathematical calculations within the tool are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the Services are error-free or that results will match outcomes from other financial calculators or tools.

If you create an account on login.bustmydebt.co, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Services.

All content, design, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to BustMyDebt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any financial data you enter into the tool. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of generating your payoff plan and providing the Services to you.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms including LeadsHook (quiz delivery), Resend (email delivery), and SMS providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. BustMyDebt is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. BustMyDebt does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party website.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUSTMYDEBT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BustMyDebt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
